Triplex Transmission Chain

Paddock Gears supplies a comprehensive range of triplex transmission chain designed for demanding industrial power transmission applications where increased strength, load capacity, and reliable performance are required.

Constructed with three parallel rows of interconnected roller chain, triplex transmission chain provides greater power transmission capability than comparable simplex or duplex configurations, making it particularly suitable for heavy-duty machinery and drive systems operating under substantial loads. The Paddock Gears range includes British Standard triplex roller chain sizes from 05B-3 through to 64B-3, providing options for a wide variety of industrial equipment, shaft arrangements, sprocket sizes, and operating requirements. Individual products are specified according to factors such as pitch, roller diameter, inner width, and chain length, helping customers match the chain to the technical requirements of their machinery.

Quality triplex transmission chain is well suited to heavy-duty conveyors, manufacturing machinery, processing equipment, agricultural systems, materials-handling machinery, and other industrial drives where consistent mechanical power transfer is essential. When selecting triplex transmission chain, important considerations include chain size and pitch, operating speed, transmitted load, sprocket compatibility, lubrication requirements, alignment, and the surrounding working environment. Correct chain tension, accurate sprocket alignment, and regular lubrication can help limit friction and uneven wear while supporting dependable operation.

Paddock Gears helps customers identify suitable triplex transmission chain for new machinery, planned maintenance, equipment upgrades, repairs, and replacement requirements, backed by an extensive range of industrial power transmission components and knowledgeable support.
