Duplex Transmission Chain

Paddock Gears supplies a comprehensive range of duplex transmission chain designed for industrial power transmission applications that require increased load capacity, durability, and dependable performance.

Featuring two parallel rows of interconnected roller chain, duplex transmission chain provides greater power transmission capability than a comparable simplex chain, making it well suited to machinery operating under higher loads or demanding service conditions. The Paddock Gears range includes sizes from 05B-2 through to 64B-2, giving customers a broad choice for different shaft arrangements, sprocket sizes, operating speeds, and power requirements.

Quality duplex transmission chain can be used in conveyors, manufacturing machinery, agricultural equipment, industrial drives, processing plants, materials-handling systems, and other mechanical equipment where reliable transfer of rotational power is essential. When selecting duplex transmission chain, important considerations include chain pitch, roller dimensions, working load, operating speed, sprocket compatibility, lubrication requirements, and the surrounding operating environment. Correct sprocket alignment, suitable chain tension, and regular lubrication are equally important for reducing friction, preventing uneven wear, and extending the service life of both the chain and associated sprockets.

Paddock Gears helps customers identify suitable duplex transmission chain for new installations, planned maintenance, machinery repairs, upgrades, and replacement requirements, backed by an extensive range of industrial power transmission components and knowledgeable support.
