CNC Facilities:
Paddock Engineering commitment to quality and service has led to the establishment of our modern CNC Facility, comprising of a fleet of the latest CNC Machines. These CNC Machines are supported by Mastercam and Solid Works software. This enables the rapid transition from Customers drawings or samples provided by the customer to working programs.
Our fleet of the latest VICTOR CNC machines consist of the following models:
Turning Centers:
- VICTOR V-TURN 36’s – Max Turning dia of 550 mm, 1200 mm long
- VICTOR V-TURN 26’s – Max Turning dia of 380 mm, 1130 mm long
- VICTOR V-TURN 20 – Max Turning dia of 260 mm, 405 mm long
Machining Centers:
- VICTOR VCenter 85C – X=850 mm, Y=520 mm, Z=560 mm
- VICTOR VCenter 130 – X=1300 mm, Y=600 mm, Z=610 mm (with 4th Axis)
All machining operations through our CNC facility are checked by our QC department on completion of the setup and random spot checks during the machining of the batch. On Completion, final inspection of the entire batch is carried out by our Quality Assurance Inspector.
